Vitamin B12 is a member of the B Vitamin family, and like all the others, it is water-soluble and required to be consumed daily to support numerous different bodily functions. Vitamin B12 is well known for its role in supporting the formation of red blood cells, as well as helping to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Other roles played by Vitamin B12 include:

  • Supporting normal energy-producing metabolism
  • Supporting healthy psychological function
  • Supporting the nervous system.

Vitamin B12 is mainly found in animal-sourced foods, so it is thought that those following a vegan diet may be at risk of suffering from Vitamin B12 deficiency. Those on long term antacid tablets may also be at risk of low B12 because the action of these medications may impact the body’s ability to absorb Vitamin B12.  

At Natures Aid, our Vitamin B12 Sublingual 1000mcg tablets have been carefully created by our expert nutritionists. Each handy tablet provides 1000μg of Vitamin B12 as Methylcobalamin, and is designed to slowly dissolve under the tongue rather than being swallowed, bypassing the digestive system, and making this product suitable for those taking antacid tablets.

Vitamin B12 Prep (Cyanocobalamin, Calcium Phosphate), Sweetener (Mannitol), Natural Flavouring (Cherry Powder, Maltodextrin, Anticaking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Anticaking Agents (Vegetable Source Magnesium Stearate & Stearic Acid).

Take 1 tablet per day with food. Allow to dissolve slowly under the tongue or alternatively the tablet can be chewed or swallowed whole. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.

At the moment our faster delivery services are not available.  All orders will be sent 2nd Class.  This is temporary and when Royal Mail guarantee faster delivery again our normal services will resume.

For UK orders £20 and over, we offer FREE 2nd Class delivery, with Royal Mail. 

Orders under £20 are posted Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery, at a cost of £3.95.

All International deliveries have a standard charge from £23.00, delivery times will vary from country to country.

Please note deliveries outside of the UK may incur import duty costs.
